About me
My family background in complementary medicine is the inspiration from which my own study and practice have developed. I was brought up to be open-minded about health care, to see the importance of prevention as well as cure, and to embrace natural ways of staying healthy. This led me to an interest in therapeutic massage, nutrition, yoga and reiki.
I have been practising since 1998, when I qualified in anatomy, physiology and body massage. In 2006 I refreshed my training and spent a year studying reflexology. In 2009, following a trip to India where I experienced ayurvedic massage, I was inspired to study Indian head massage. I am registered with the Complementary Therapies Association.
Coming soon
I am currently studying Natural face lift massage, a gentle non-invasive approach to looking younger which combines facial rejuvenation and healing.

Massage does not claim to cure, diagnose, or prescribe. However, by supporting the body's natural mechanisms for healing, it can help many conditions.
